LemonSqueezy is a Merchant of Record.

What does that mean? It means that they are actually the business selling the product and they will reverse-invoice me later.

They handle the refunds, they handle the addition of taxes and paying the taxes to the various municipalities and countries. I can focus on building PyroPrompts and adding features that you all know and love and want more of. They take a bit more of a percentage, but the reduced overhead is worth it for the size we are now.

If you're already paying through Stripe, don't worry, that will continue as it was. For new customers, going through the store will send you to LemonSqueezy to pay.
